ADMISSIONS

Thank you for your interest in ONTARIO MAPLE ACADEMY. At OMA, we want all our students to be successful.Please read the information below carefully and contact info@omapleacademy.com if you have questions. 

Application Process

  1. Complete the OMA Application Form.  
    Note: You must pay an application fee by credit card in order for your application to be processed. 

  2. Upload the the following documentation.
    A copy of the student’s passport, indicating legal name and date of birth
    Copies of translated transcripts from the current and previous two years of study.  

  3. Complete an English assessment before being accepted to OMA.  

  4. Pay the Tuition. Once we receive the results of the English assessment and the application has been accepted, an invoice for the tuition and insurance will be issued. 

  5. Welcome to OMA.
